Expressive sketches, gouaches, engravings produced with tremendous vigor and lack of ceremony, so characteristic of a child, make for very personal visions, indeed highly intimate ones, characterized by her own subjective perception of the world. Marta Wakula’s black and white linoleum prints are composed from contrasting colour schemes as well as from shapes made with passionate lines.
